We all have that ever growing list at home of the little things that need to be fixed, completed, installed or replaced – The Honey-Do-List. Unfortunately, there never seems to be enough hours in the day to tackle the list and it keeps growing. Mordini General Contracting offers handyman services. In fact, it was how I launched my business many years ago.
Here’s how to get the ball rolling. Start a list and hang it on your refrigerator, the back of the cabinet door above the phone or next to the phone. When the list is about half full, if you’re expecting company or have an event coming up, email me the list to [email protected].
When I receive your list, I will give you a ballpark estimate of the time it should take and the cost. Here are just a few of the items often on the Honey-Do-List
√ Install a ceiling fan √ Hang artwork √ Replace or add a switch or outlet √ Adjust a stuck cabinet or door √ Replace a bathroom faucet or kitchen faucet √ Assemble furniture in a box, bikes or other items √ Install a new recessed can √ Install flat panel TV brackets or safety brackets on furniture √ Replace a toilet or toilet seat √ Hang shelves in closet or hang shelves in garage √ Replace smoke and carbon monoxide detectors √ Mount a bicycle rack √ Install a new shower head √ Install new doors √ Install new medicine cabinet √ Replace light bulbs √ Just about ANYTHING
If we aren’t able to do it, we know whom to call. It’s a great way to get those little projects tackled while building a relationship with someone you can trust for when you need help on larger projects. Along with our handyman services, we do it all from kitchens to bathrooms to basements to additions to so much more.
